Dr. Crystal Frederick is a phenomenal woman of God who truly leads by example. Her leadership has a unique way of moving people from a place of idleness into purposeful action. When you are blessed with the opportunity to gain insight on how to advance to your next level, you should embrace it wholeheartedly. That is exactly what I did. 

A few years ago, I made the decision to invest in myself by taking advantage of the life coaching services that Crystal offered, and it was truly life-changing. Through her guidance, I set goals and accomplished them. I transitioned from a season of simply believing to a season of achieving. 

By the grace of God, I experienced both financial and spiritual growth. I can testify that I have checked several things off my bucket list by following my mentor’s wisdom, applying hard work, and utilizing the blueprint she shared. 

Because of that inspiration and guidance, I stepped out in faith and became a homeowner. I also purchased my dream car—a convertible Audi. I planted and now pastor a thriving church in Toledo, Ohio, Restoration Ministries United. I am a published author of two books, Reflection to Revelation and Rulers, both available on Amazon. 

In addition, my youngest child is now headed to college, and I remain a devoted wife of 23 years to my wonderful husband. Professionally, I serve as a nurse and will soon begin serving as a chaplain at a local hospital.
